Information about delivery times, options and more.

I aim to send your jewellery if it is stock within two working days of your order being placed.  If your piece is not in stock and I need to make it, then your order will take between 3 to 7 working days.  For any urgent orders, please contact me and I will do my best to help you.

Personalised pieces, such as fingerprint jewellery, take between 10 to 21 days.

Delivery

My jewellery is sent out in a branded gift box made from recycled material. The boxes themselves are also recyclable.

U.K delivery

I send all my jewellery via 1st Class mail. Shipping is free if you spend over £30 however it will cost £3 if your order is under £30. If you are in a rush regarding your order please contact me via phone or email and i may be able to arrange a quicker production time or send item by next day delivery.

International delivery

I'm happy to deliver my jewellery to you in any country. International post is £8 and will take approximately 14-21 days.

Gift service

If you would like your gift sent straight to the recipient, simply enter their address instead of yours in the delivery address field on the checkout. 

Postal Service

In the unusual event of your order not being delivered within the stated delivery times in the UK, please let us know and I can provide the tracking number for you to trace your delivery status.  

International deliveries outside of the UK are dependent upon the delivery services in the destination country.  But please contact me in the event of non-delivery and I shall do everything we can to track the original order or get a replacement piece to you as soon as I can.
